On one side, AI for networking: learned congestion control, traffic engineering, anomaly detection, and intent-based and self-driving networks. On the other, networking for AI: collective communication, RDMA and lossless fabrics, distributed training topologies, and inference serving at the edge.\n\nThe 2026 edition spans seven tracks and adds a dedicated track on LLM agents for network operations. We invite full papers (8 pages) and short papers (4 pages) in two-column IEEE format.
