Call for Workshops

Propose a workshop at ICMAIL 2026.

Workshop Proposals

ICMAIL 2026 invites proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with the main conference. Workshops provide an opportunity to bring together researchers and practitioners around focused, emerging, or interdisciplinary topics in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

We encourage proposals on novel research directions, benchmark challenges, industry-academia bridges, and community-building topics.

Important Dates

  • Proposal Submission: April 1, 2026
  • Notification: March 31, 2026
  • Workshop Dates: September 23 or 25, 2026 (TBA)

Proposal Format

Proposals should be 2–4 pages and include:

  1. Workshop title and acronym
  2. Organizers and their affiliations
  3. Workshop objectives and relevance
  4. Target audience and expected attendance
  5. Planned format (keynotes, panels, paper sessions, etc.)
  6. Tentative schedule and important dates
  7. Program committee (if available)
  8. Previous editions, if applicable

Selection Criteria

Relevance

The topic should align with ICMAIL's scope and address timely or emerging challenges in ML and AI.

Community

Demonstrated ability to attract participants and build or serve an active research community.

Quality

Clear objectives, well-defined format, and strong organizing team.
