Before you submit

1. Read the Call for Papers and select the most appropriate track.
2. Format your paper using the official templates (see below).
3. Anonymize your submission following the double-blind rules.
4. Create an account on the submission system and add co-authors with affiliations.
5. Declare conflicts of interest for the program committee.
6. Upload your PDF before the deadline: 21 August 2026, 23:59 AoE.

Formatting templates

SNAI 2026 uses the standard IEEE conference template, two-column, 10pt, US Letter or A4. LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates are available from the IEEE Conference Author Kit.

• Full papers: 8 pages of technical content + unlimited pages of references and appendices.
• Short papers: 4 pages of technical content + unlimited pages of references.
• Overlength submissions will be rejected without review.
• Submissions must be PDF. The submission system will not accept other formats.

Double-blind submission

SNAI 2026 uses double-blind review. Authors must:

• Remove author names, affiliations, and acknowledgments from the submitted PDF.
• Phrase self-citations in the third person.
• Avoid identifying URLs (e.g. personal pages, project sites).
• Cite pre-prints as third-party work, not link to them from the submission text.

Submissions that are not properly anonymized may be desk-rejected without review.

Author registration

One author per paper must register for the conference by the camera-ready deadline. Each registration covers at most one paper. Workshop-only papers do not count toward this requirement.

Artifact submission (optional)

Authors may optionally submit artifacts — code, datasets, configuration files, measurement traces — to support reproducibility. Artifact submissions are evaluated by a separate artifact committee, do not affect the paper's review, and are awarded a separate badge. Review process

Each paper receives at least three independent reviews. Authors will see the reviews on 2 October 2026 and may respond during the rebuttal period (2–9 October 2026). The program chairs will discuss borderline cases in a virtual meeting and notify authors of the final decision on 16 October 2026.
