One author per accepted paper must register for the conference by the camera-ready deadline (6 November 2026). Each registration covers at most one paper; papers with multiple accepted submissions require additional registrations.
A limited number of student travel grants are available. The application form will open after acceptance notifications and close on 31 October 2026. Grants cover registration plus a partial travel stipend; priority is given to students without alternative funding and to authors of accepted papers.
Registered attendees who need a visa invitation letter can request one after completing registration. See the attending page for details.
