Browse the active CFP list, choose a conference, and click “Submit a Paper”. You will fill in the paper title, abstract, authors, and upload an anonymised PDF.

Yes. Authors confirm their PDFs are anonymised at submission time, and reviewers see submissions without author identities until a decision is made.

Chairs invite reviewers through the Program Committee invitation flow. You can also register with the reviewer option enabled; conference chairs can then assign papers to you.

Submit a conference request from the top navigation. The LiteConf team will review your conference details, website, and contact information. Once approved, your CFP becomes publicly visible.

Chairs can invite reviewers by email. Invited users receive a verification link. After they register or log in, they automatically join the conference’s Program Committee.

Chairs and Area Chairs assign submitted papers to Program Committee members. Reviewers are notified by email and can accept or decline each assignment.

Reviews are visible to chairs and, depending on the conference policy, may be shared with authors after the decision period. Reviewer identities remain hidden during the review process.

Use the bell icon in the top navigation to see all your in-app notifications — new submissions, review assignments, submitted reviews, and paper decisions. Unread counts update automatically while you browse.

Yes. LiteConf exposes a REST API at /api/v1/ with interactive documentation at /api/v1/docs/. It covers CFPs, submissions, reviews, and notifications — the same data that powers the web interface, so your scripts and apps stay in sync.

Chairs can mark a paper as accepted or rejected from the papers list. Authors receive both an in-app notification and an email with the decision, plus a link to view the paper status.

Each public CFP page has a “Get CFP Updates” form. Enter your email and confirm the subscription link we send you. The conference chair can then email you deadline reminders and announcements — with a one-click unsubscribe link included.

Accepted authors submit a camera-ready version. The chair then tracks the paper through the publication pipeline — camera-ready submitted, in production, and published (with a DOI or proceedings link). You can follow this progress on the paper page, and you will be notified when your paper is published.

Yes. On the Calls for Papers list, tick the “compare” checkbox on up to four conferences, then click Compare. You'll see their deadlines, venue, topics, tracks and guidelines side by side.
