The 3rd Symposium on Networking and Artificial Intelligence (SNAI 2026) is the venue for research at the two-way intersection of computer networking and artificial intelligence: AI for networking — learned congestion control, traffic engineering, anomaly detection, and self-driving networks; and networking for AI — collective communication, RDMA and lossless fabrics, distributed training topologies, and edge inference.
SNAI 2026 will be held on 7–9 December 2026 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain. The symposium spans seven tracks, a double-blind peer-reviewed proceedings, a keynote programme, a workshop and tutorial day, and a sponsor showcase. The submission system is now open; the paper submission deadline is 21 August 2026 (23:59 AoE).
Following the strong growth of the second edition, the 2026 programme adds a dedicated track on LLM agents for network operations alongside the established tracks on AI-driven network management, edge and in-network intelligence, distributed and federated learning, network security, and the networking systems that sustain large-scale AI training.
Accepted papers will be published in the SNAI 2026 proceedings and indexed in the LiteConf open-access repository. Authors of the strongest submissions will be invited to submit extended versions to a special issue of an associated journal (to be announced).
